However, the handover itself was very poor. One was unkindly dispatched. After I should sign before sighting the vehicle a handover certificate with vehicle check with various non-verifiable vehicle services and I was not given a copy / copy, I was brought with my partner to the vehicle, where the key was already inserted and the engine was running. This gave the impression that the customer should just quickly go away before he could notice anything else on the vehicle.
Approximately 80 km after the vehicle handover, the tire indicator light came on. After checking the tires, I found that the tire pressure on all tires was 0.4 bar below the prescribed pressure. I seem to remember that this point was also listed in the vehicle checklist. So much for the services performed at handover. The only thing that really happened was that the second remote control was repaired as promised.
Conclusion: The offer (especially my offer) has been good from the price-performance ratio.
Through the Easter offer with the financing I have a three-year warranty with extensive services bottom line for 300 € more received. This has been a good offer in view of the very good vehicle price.
The vehicle was also registered quickly. In this respect, Mr. Fock has also performed quickly. Also the misunderstanding with the mobility warranty I do not rate as serious. You just have to be careful what you pay in the end, taking into account the financing, and then complain. This is then also canceled without complaint as desired.
However, the delivery was very unseriös and ultimately seemed like a mega unseriöse car dealer who wants to subjubeln a garbage and after settlement the wide search.
