Communication about "How long will my appointment take?" internally poor. Had to take a longer route due to an unsignposted construction site (bridge at Gronsdorf S-Bahn station closed) and arrived 20min late for the appointment. On the phone I got the information that this is no problem, the appointment lasts only about 30min and I could wait for it anyway (arrival was 16:25), on site I then received the statement that the appointment lasts 1.5 hours. That would have been with my appointment at 16:00Uhr and a punctual arrival already impossible. I am therefore driven again without having achieved anything.
An alternative appointment was only offered on explicit request. First it was said: "We are fully booked!".
My experience with the dealership have been consistently positive so far, so I am very surprised about the poor communication (takes only 30min, can wait for my car vs. takes 1.5h). I hope this remains an exception.
