The agreed appointment (tire change / service) was kept, everything was done quietly and within the expected time frame. However, it would have been nice if the responsible employee had not only changed the tires in the background, but had also asked briefly whether anything else was pending and how much time should be allowed for the tire change.

I had configured the new vehicle online in advance. I felt well advised by Mr. M. Busch regarding the payment and additions.

I arrived with a faulty battery and left with a first-class used car ☺️
This may sound like a sales pitch, but it was very different. While I was waiting for information from the workshop, I met the sales consultant Stephan Proetto in the showroom, whom I asked questions about new small Ford cars. About me personally. I have been a driver for 45 years. With a few exceptions, I've mostly driven a Ford. At the beginning in the 70s the Taunus 2 l with V6 engine, now at the end exactly half the engine, although the mileage is almost identical. Mr. Proetto then explained to me that the Ford Fiesta series had been discontinued. I was already flirting with the Puma, but unfortunately it's too high for my underground garage. Mr. Proetto found me an excellent alternative, an almost new Fiesta with all the comforts. We came to an agreement about the replacement and the registration and de-registration went smoothly.
Ford was my first car and with advisors like Mr. Proetto it was also my last.

The service for which I received an invoice and for which I paid was carried out to my complete satisfaction. However, I would have felt more comfortable if I had been greeted with a friendly smile on my face and a friendly "Grüß Gott" and perhaps wished a "Gute Fahrt" with a friendly smile on my face as I said goodbye. A little empathy would have made the appointment more pleasant. As I said, everything was ok from a factual point of view!

The acceptance of our vehicle by the master was excellent.
However, the late collection was not so nice.
The vehicle was accepted before 9 a.m. and we were only informed about the collection after 3.15 p.m.!
