Have been with AXA and my local agency HAAKE&HAAKE for many years. Again and again I have been helped, even in sometimes tricky situations, they have not let me down ! This is not a matter of course what I had to learn from the experience with former other insurances. An insurance is only good if it also helps in case of damage and does not rummage for clauses and reasons, which denies a support, regulation. I am very grateful to be properly cared for and taken care of here.

I am happy to report briefly on my current and once again very positive experience with AXA in Bad Zwischenahn (this time with Henrik Haake) and AXA in general.
Having satisfied customers is something special - but delighting customers is the Champions League.
For the first time, after many years of existence, we had to make a claim for accident insurance. It was absolutely uncomplicated and customer-oriented. The insurance benefit was even in the account much sooner than the notification was in the mailbox.
That was great! Thank you.
