I am happy I had the chance to be part of these knowledge- and action-packed two weeks, learning with an exciting group of colleagues who shared their backgrounds and experiences. Wolfgang and Andy managed to keep up the learning spirit throughout the 12 full days by inspiring lectures and a mix of interactive methods and room setups. I particularly enjoyed the discussions about practical examples and critical incidents coming from the group and wolfgang’s experience as intercultural trainer. The daily presentations by participants were a great source of inspiration. The feedback could have been a bit more constructive in a dialogue format, I believe, where ideas for improvement are discussed, instead of one-way communication without dialogue. Also, the wonderful collection of snacks/drinks and international lunch choices helped keep up the good spirit throughout the day. After completion of the course, i feel that i gained a good overview of the concepts of culture And its dimensions, lots of it came back from my kuwi studies...and a helpful hands-on structure for how to design a training. Also the library overview and book advice was very helpful for looking deeper into the issues we touched upon. I look forward to applying my acquired skills in the certification process, and above all in the real trainings to come. I hope to stay in touch with the group and trainers for further exchange of experience, possible cooperation ideas, and tips along the way.

Ein toller, praxisorientierter Kurs, bei dem ich viel gelernt habe. Die Trainer sind extrem kompetent und didaktisch versiert. Ich kann den Kurs uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ich habe die Ausbildung zum interkulturellen Trainer bei der BAMIK in Berlin absolviert. Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Anbieter, der mir die beste Ausbildung ermöglicht. Nach langer Recherche bin ich auf die BAMIK gestoßen und diese Ausbildung bietet mir alle elementaren Bausteine, die ich als Trainer benötigte.
Die Ausbildung ist Berlin ist in entsprechenden Modulen gegliedert. Man erhält viel Input (Theorie und Praxis sind sehr stark aneinander verknüpft), es wird auch viele von einem gefordert (Gruppenarbeit, Gespräche, Übungen) - allerdings ist dies eine super Vorbereitung für spätere eigene Trainings.
Das gesamte Team der BAMIK ist kompetent, hilfsbereit und auch für einen Spaß zwischendurch zu haben!
Ich kann die Ausbildung dort nur empfehlen und bin froh dort die Erfahrung gemacht zu haben.

BAMIK ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Die Trainer sind sowohl fit in Theorie und Konzepten als auch praxis-orientiert und flexibel, wenn es um die Anpassung auf die eigenen Bedarfe geht.

Der inhaltliche, methodische und persönliche Input haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Bamik-Seminare bereichern meine Arbeit nachhaltig.

Eine kompakte, sehr praxisnahe Ausbildung, mit einer kompetenten und äußerst erfahrenen Seminarleitung, die zudem immer ansprechbar war und für eine ausgezeichnete Atmosphäre sorgte. Präzises Material, ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis von Input, Anwendung und Feedback. Eine große Bereicherung und absolut empfehlenswert.
