Everything was handled very well and professionally. The documents were perfectly prepared and the whole process was super. The only very minor point was that we actually only received a standard message in response to our inquiries, but no call or the like regarding a viewing. We had to become active ourselves and were lucky that an appointment was still free.
I am particularly satisfied with Bannasch Immobilien because a spontaneous viewing appointment was possible on the same day with Mr. Meyer. Thus, I did not need another three-hour journey to the region.

Everything started with a very competent viewing appointment, where all questions were answered and all details of the apartment were explained. We were given more than enough time to check everything.
The further process up to the signing of the lease was transparent at every step and the cooperation was extremely friendly.

Hello all, we are and have always been very enthusiastic about your company and the all time friendly phone calls and conversations. Highly recommended. One is well prepared for the notary appointment and knows what to expect. What we would have liked is a kind of 'checklist' because we were sometimes a little overwhelmed what a few things then 'messed up' :-) So a checklist would have helped us there for sure.
