Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the processing time and the answers you received. We would like to briefly clarify the situation: Following your request for a database change on 4.4.2024, we immediately informed you of the necessary steps, including the required EAN. Unfortunately, you did not provide us with this EAN, which required additional research on our part and led to delays. Furthermore, our database is being maintained in New Zealand, which affects the processing time due to the time difference.
On 10.04. the old entry was deleted and you received instructions on how to enter the new data. Our intention is always to provide accurate and efficient support. The "long waiting times and incorrect responses" you describe are regrettable, but do not reflect the full extent of our efforts. We would appreciate it if you could reconsider your review to reflect a more balanced picture of our customer service.
