What a wonderful experience the course "Design your energy with Yoga and Human Design" was, 2 interesting mornings with Annett and getting to know lots of people who are interested in the same thing. I took part in coaching with Ms. Anette Tönjes. Her coaching really makes a difference and I am now able to
1) take a step back from processes in order to look at them from the outside
2) wait until my emotional waves have subsided and I come to a result/decision that is good for me
3) to know my values and maintain them in contact with people
4) to hold my space and align myself with my lighthouse
5) to feel real joy
Ms. Tönjes is a safe companion for all those who really want a change.

I can only say that the participation in the courses has influenced my life positively to the maximum....
I feel understood and get new impulses every time...
Every individual is seen and treated well...
I wish that these methods of treatment would also be applied in hospitals ...

I am particularly enthusiastic about the fact that the personal condition of the yoginis is taken into account and the lesson then sometimes spontaneously runs differently than perhaps originally planned by the yoga teacher...After every yoga lesson - regardless of which teacher - I am more with myself, calmer and more satisfied. Yoga brings calmness to the mind while the body works passively or actively....
