HEFA made a good impression on us right from the start. It was important for us to build with someone for whom we are not just a number, but the customer, where people know each other and whose wishes and dreams can be realized. This was fulfilled to our complete satisfaction. We received competent and professional support from HEFA for our "Häusle bauen" project. We felt well advised at all times, the work was carried out excellently and solutions were always sought and found with a committed team. The building site went really well and was completed and handed over on schedule. We feel very comfortable in our house and look back fondly on the good cooperation with HEFA.

We built with Hefa in 2021/22.
The process was definitely smooth for us.
We were also able to move in on the desired date.
The site manager was regularly on site and always kept an eye on everything. He was always available and took care of everything immediately.
Everything works as it should: Heating, electronics, etc.

We did a lot of the interior work ourselves.

We opted for a wood/pellet heating system. That was absolutely right for us personally. We are very happy with it.

We had to close the road on one side for a few weeks because of the construction crane. We had to take care of that ourselves and hire a service provider.

In hindsight, we would do one or two things differently when planning the interior.

Basically, we would build with Hefa again (preferably turnkey without having to worry about anything ;) )

Everything went smoothly with the Eberhardt company. The process was always well timed and wishes were taken into account. You don't feel left alone during the entire construction phase. We would recommend the Eberhardt company for such a project at any time without any pain in the stomach.

The trust that Mr. Bolsinger enjoys from us is so satisfying and ease the stress with the banks immensely.
In short we changed the builder Schwörer Haus to Bolsinger and had to make a down payment of 50k€. Switching to Bolsinger Bau was worth every penny!!!!

We have built with the MyMassivhaus partner construction company Dürrwanger in the disaster year 2022. Not only did a massive construction raw materials crisis caused by an accident in the Suez Canal make wood, steel and raw materials for stoneware extremely expensive at the beginning and subsequently lead to bottlenecks, but the Ukraine crisis also caused economic upheaval and unprecedented inflation. Nevertheless, we were able to move into our dream house on time. Mr. Philipp Dürrwanger was a competent planner in the preparation phase, a prudent player with a huge network. During the construction phase he was an experienced builder and during the completion, sampling and selection of hardware he was a professional through and through. Several suggestions for improvement were incorporated into our dream house. Our wishes were fully implemented. We were also brought together with all the players in the construction and thus always had personal contact. Depending on the construction phase, changes were possible without complications. MyMassivhaus - building at a fixed price - was a quality feature for us, even compared to other competitors, and at MM it really means fixed price. And that from the building toilet to the silicone joint, from the measuring of the property to the application for the building permit, from the spotless construction site every day and waste disposal to the availability of the construction manager himself, Mr. Philipp Dürrwanger, at any time. It was cooperated with enterprises from the region with those Mr. Dürrwanger already for a long time co-operated. This gave a good feeling of success and was also confirmed during the handover of the building project. Only high-quality materials were used, from windows to plumbing to Venyl. That is, even in the most difficult construction times and despite the fixed price was not saved on quality. We have built turnkey, because we come from out of town. So we didn't do a brush stroke or lay a floor ourselves. We were given a truly turnkey house. Everyone should take a look at the building specifications of competitors on the subject of turnkey - we did that, by the way... Since one experiences quite beautifully creepy things. From, the garbage of the building site you have to dispose yourself, about building toilet is builder's business, garages, sorry, we do not build, there you have to take care of it yourself, to several exclusions in the building specifications. Conclusion: We did everything right with MM-Partner Bauunternehmung Dürrwanger. We recommend MM-Partner Bauunternehmung Dürrwanger without reservation. Thank you.
