Although only by phone - very nice and helpful contact. Staff suggestions came within a few hours. The whole process went smoothly and incredibly fast, which was very important in our situation. Also the caregiver fulfills everything to the fullest satisfaction. Overall, I can only say, you work with professionals. TOP - please keep it up!

Very friendly initial contact with already many helpful tips. The requirements situation was surveyed very comprehensively and the existing cost structure was presented transparently. We received the first personnel proposals within a very short time.

My aunt fell ill in the "vacation month" of August and thus needed help with outpatient care. Nice, good advice and within a good week my aunt had professional help from the agency. The caregiver was very nice, spoke broken s German, like English. The communication worked out great. If help is needed again, we will contact Bayernpflege again.

Many thanks to the team of Bayernpflege, especially to the competent and helpful advice of Mrs. Mueller. It is important to me now to know in advance what options there would be in the event of a need for care and this here with care at home with experienced caregivers seems to me to be the best solution to the nursing home. At the same time, my working children would also be relieved with me, which gives me additional peace of mind. Thank you for this great alternative.

Very nice, unobtrusive, uncomplicated advice and organization by employees of Bayernpflege with very good results. Within a few days we have been assigned an extremely nice force for our 96 - year old father. Both understood each other immediately and harmonize wonderfully together.

After some attempts, in this Corona time, we are fortunately on the
Agency Bayernpflege.de stumbled. This extremely reputable agency, has managed,
