Ms. Waidele gets all the asterisks from me that one can achieve!!! My case was not so simple and Ms. Waidele showed me a possible way from the beginning and went it successfully with me. She was always available for me and took the time it needed. In addition, the whole company worked quickly and the implementation was top! Professionally, Ms. Waidele has shown what she can do. I came to BBC Finance on the recommendation of a work colleague because I was dissatisfied with my existing insurance policies.
Together we examined the old insurances and Mr. Bertsch showed me various alternatives from which I could freely decide.
If I had any questions, Mr. Bertsch was always there to answer them with the necessary patience.
I feel completely comfortable and have a clear conscience, because I feel in good hands here.

A friend recommended Mr. Bertsch to us. At an initial appointment, Mr. Bertsch took a lot of time to look at all of our existing insurance policies and their benefits. At a second appointment, Mr. Bertsch explained to us what our insurance policies and stock funds were all about. We were quite sobered to see how much our previous insurance brokers had earned in commissions (and an additional nearly €2000 fee) and how bad the advice was for us financially. Our previous financial advisors managed to choose from all the insurances the ones that promised them the highest commissions. We had to realize that only after the PROVIT of the financial advisors the contracts were concluded. We had the feeling to have been pulled over the table. Mr. Bertsch could show us, by the comparisons of the div. old insurances (by beamer), where our contracts closed so far stand in the ranking.
Mr. Bertsch immediately managed to make us trust him after this extremely bad experience. We took out (almost) all of our new insurance policies with him, and when we compared the costs of the various insurance policies transparently, we were able to find the best solution for us together and understand the price/performance comparison shown by beamer. Through this transparency we really had the feeling that he is an "independent" insurance broker and we could really CHOOSE the optimal insurance. He explained all the FACTS to us and answered our questions patiently.
We have already been able to save a lot of money by taking out new insurance policies. If now still the building insurance and the priv. Zahnzusatzversicherung are newly concluded we can still save some more 100 euros.
Mr. Bertsch also informed us about a better association liability. Now my husband is by the conclusion of the new insurance, from the fiananziellen responsibility with a damage case (as 1. Chairman of a old timer club).

Of course a stale aftertaste remains, if we think of our high financial losses (some 1000, - €), which we "worked out" with our former insurance brokers. A feeling of happiness sets in, because we have - probably just in time - liquidated a stock fund, which would never have achieved the returns and could never have taken over the financing of our house (according to today's view). Even with this "adventurous" variant of house financing via equity fund and Wüstenrot, we got the impression that someone just wanted to fill his pockets.
Through all these, partly bitter experiences, we now have the hope that our finances/insurances are in good hands with Mr. Bertsch. He was also able to convince us through his open manner that he is an honest financial partner. We would recommend Mr. Bertsch as an insurance broker to any friend or acquaintance.
