The approach that you can learn to deal with conflicts in a company instead of suppressing them is a very exciting perspective on the topic of "conflicts", which is often swept under the carpet.
By her own admission, Beate has already triggered a few conflicts in her life. The great thing is that she has learned from this and now passes this knowledge on to managers in companies.
Who triggers which conflict, when and why, and how to deal with it.
An exciting topic that Beate knows how to convey competently, humorously and, above all, with a lot of experience in this field.

For me, the direct and open communication was particularly impressive because it was convincing. The sincere, at the same time differentiated and also critical cooperation made the supervision with its atmosphere a productive learning and solution space.
