First of all, I was delighted that Ms. Stahlberger conducted the seminar, even though I was the only participant. However, this made the day extremely useful for me and fully justified the long journey. In addition to the comprehensive treatment of the topic, Ms. Stahlberger really understood how to apply the content to my individual situation and was able to give me a real benefit through her sensitive and flexible way of working.

Ms. Stahlberger is a top coach. And that for professional and private topics. Any topic can be addressed with her. Her analyses are psychologically sound and she conveys them with a practical approach, humor and life experience. Here you can benefit in the long term. Highly recommended. A very likeable woman. And it's not at all stressful to talk to her, even when discussing very difficult topics.

I had already dealt with the topic of emotional intelligence before and therefore already knew a few topics/concepts. Nevertheless, many new aspects were shown to me and I was able to get a lot of new information. Ms. Stahlberger responded well to what was already known and dealt with these areas briefly accordingly and added other topics.
My questions were answered at any time and the discussions were always enlightening and purposeful.
All in all, I was able to refresh what I personally knew and learn a lot of new things and practical applications.

Beatrix Stahlberger's seminar on Emotional Intelligence in September 2021 was also convincing online with interesting content, an open atmosphere and helpful discussions. Ms. Stahlberger is both competent and personable. The seminar was entertaining, conveyed relevant information with reference to personal expectations and wishes of the participants and also encouraged individual reflection and further training beyond the course dates. The online implementation was very successful without any technical problems. I am very happy to recommend the seminar and Ms. Stahlberger!

Very interesting seminar with a lot of new content that stimulates thinking and is also helpful for everyday life beyond the end of the seminar.
Ms. Stahlberger is very eager to involve all participants and to make the seminar very varied and interactive.
She responds to the participants' suggestions and adapts her slides individually.

I found the workshop on "Emotional Intelligence" by Ms. Stahlberger incredibly inspiring and informative. Ms. Stahlberger managed to create a pleasant and productive workshop atmosphere right from the start and gave me numerous thought-provoking impulses through the content conveyed, which I apply in a wide variety of situations and which help me a great deal. Ms. Stahlberger has been an extremely empathetic and authentic workshop leader and I would recommend her and especially the Emotional Intelligence seminar to anyone without hesitation.

The training was very attractively designed, so that it was easy to follow. The content was conveyed in a comprehensible manner and Ms. Stahlberger was convincing with her broad specialist knowledge, so that she was able to convey specialist input from various areas. Through her human and professional competence, she was able to focus my attention on the content the entire time in my individual seminar. In addition, we were able to work on my individual goals in an absolutely satisfactory manner. I especially liked the offer to contact me again for feedback on the content after it had been worked out in relation to my employer. Very committed and competent instructor with a super price-performance ratio!

The seminar with Ms. Stahlberger was very interesting and showed us participants that there is much more to the topic of "emotional intelligence" than we actually thought.
Among other things, she encouraged us to self-reflect and for me personally it helped to look at some things from a different perspective and to understand them better.
