Today I was saved from big costs (AEG customer service) by the friendly help of a very competent employee in the kitchen appliance department, who did the work himself and made the oven door of my pyro stove ready for installation again...big praise although he had a lot to do

This is the 2nd time I've tried to buy a Side by Side fridge. I looked at the different models.
Unfortunately, the employees preferred to continue their personal conversations, we were completely ignored, and we had the impression that the customer was threatening to place an order, because they turned around. As I noticed the same thing the first time, I wasn't really surprised yesterday but a little annoyed. We would certainly have bought an appliance but under these circumstances we refrained from doing so. Very regrettable ... We will also refrain from coercing the employees in the future and do not want to disturb them any further in their conversations and will go to another store.

great advice friendly staff

Wanted to buy a new computer. We were surprised by the unbelievable range on offer. The advice was very competent and honest. Exactly the opposite of another electronics store in Stade.
Whenever we need something, we only go to Bening.

I bought a Braun Series 5 shaver and after not quite 2 months I got a rash, cut myself while shaving and the shaver was very loud. I wanted to make a complaint and return it because I couldn't find any information about the material of the cutting blades (nickel & titanium allergy).
Short answer: it's a hygiene item, we won't take it back:
Sell yes; complaint and return: no !!!

We found the right product super quickly! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the range is very good.

.....the telephone service is completely unsatisfactory, you try to reach someone on the phone all day, it can't be that everyone is on the phone at the moment, just as the tape announcement says.

I am (was) a customer of Bening in Stade for over 20 years. I have been mostly satisfied so far.
Now I have to vent my displeasure. I bought a washing machine in January. Delivery took 10 days, which was not very good. After 4 weeks I had a cable fire in the machine with a total power failure. The repair service at Bening was totally unfriendly. I was given a phone number from the manufacturer and told to take care of it myself. Impossible behavior towards customers. Bening will no longer see me

Price labeling was incorrect (end of promotion and yet advertised at this price).

I wanted to buy an Apple Watch Ultra today. Thought so, go to Bening on site. Said and done. Said hello to the cashier at the entrance...no reaction. Off to telecoms, 3 employees present. 2 at the raised counter...but they didn't raise their heads, the young saleswoman was talking to the customer...so first of all I looked for an Apple Watch on my own. No answer. Walked past the aforementioned sales assistants several times. Still no response. Well...maybe they don't need to sell anything but just shine with their presence... Then to the young woman who was now free but was still rummaging around in her tray. I friendly "Moin" , no reaction...waited...she looked up annoyed and replied a curt Moin. I expressed my wish for the said Apple Watch. "Don't we have !" I asked in astonishment "no ?"...answer snippy " No ! ".....I then thanked him for his answer and left the store! On my way out, I was ignored again at the checkout....
I've actually been a regular customer at Bening in Norden since the store opened (before it opened in Aurich). But only because there are also top staff like Sina Freese or Marcel Mösta, who seem to keep the store going with their friendly and competent manner.
What has been going on in telecommunications for years is an outrage! Grade 6! There is no other way to describe it. I have tried many times. Whether desktop PC, tablet, cell phone or just like now the Apple Watch. Always the same drama! What a pity...

We went into the store shortly before the end of the working day to buy a dishwasher. Despite the late appointment, we received very friendly and competent advice. The employee Ms. Ritter deserves special mention. She came to our home the next day to give us a new delivery date. Very nice woman and super effort! But I also received very nice service in customer service. Mr. Meier was very dedicated. Even if you sometimes have to wait in the store, the friendliness never falls by the wayside!

One employee sends me to the next employee, who sends me back to the previous one. And then I have to go to customer service because of a mini cable for a small MUSICbox. No wonder they then resort to the Internet
