I had ordered a child bed "NOAH" with a specific delivery date. When it had not arrived two days before the visit of our grandson, I called BENS sons and was received there most friendly. The person in charge, Circo Kunath, was very creative in finding a solution, and he was there until 22:00 in the evening. We agreed on an alternative bed, an Expfess delivery with GLS (to Austria), which he kept an eye on until the sanding out in time for the arrival of our grandson. It was a great experience. Very friendly advice over the phone. The next day the requested fabric samples were there. My "special request" for a particular fabric was fulfilled without complications. Delivery two days after ordering by freight forwarding free of shipping costs. The ordered back wall looks very good, even better than on the Internet. Conclusion: gladly again at any time, can only recommend the Bens-Söhne online store.

Our new headboard is very beautiful. However, after previously delivered the sample, I have
accidentally transferred this amount twice. once to Bens sons and later to Klarna. Asked for refund twice. To date not done. this is not customer friendly !

We have long been looking for a headboard, because our urspgl. headboard was too heavy for the bed frame and has squeaked.
This headboard convinces with quality, workmanship, appearance and especially fast and reliable delivery. The information on the site is 100% accurate and all promises were fulfilled.
We are very happy with the headboard, it is beautifully simple and tastefully kept and the 2 options to put or hang it are great. Currently we have it on the legs standing in use, after the move we will consider it in the new Whg. to hang - depending on how much desire we still have to work - or we keep the standing variant.
Our cats also like the headboard, the claws holds the fabric still stand - but even if not, then the manufacturer can not help it!
Overall, we are very satisfied and can both the product and Bens sons unreservedly recommend! Thank you very much!!!
