Bernhard was instrumental in planning and facilitating our big project management summit in 2022 (up to 60 participants coming together from all around the world). He put a lot of passion and effort into the planning, which was very well thought through with the right balance of content and fun together with a lot of learning elements. During his moderation and facilitation of the 2-day event he kept the audience very engaged and proved that he can provide the right balance between pushing the agenda through but not giving the feeling of rushing, At the end the meeting was a great success and the audience felt very motivated, and fully connected as one team.
