BESONDERE ORTE that are several event locations, a lunch location and a restaurant - all located in the heart of Berlin. For more than 20 years we have been hosts with passion.
Thank you very much for the event on December 6, 2023! We felt comprehensively looked after and our wishes were dealt with very courteously and competently at all times.
The environmental forum is very modern and appealing. We received enthusiastic feedback from our guests. We would be very happy to return at any time.
The arrangements made in advance with the project manager Anna Schäfer were great. Short communication channels and direct feedback made planning much easier for us in advance. Ms. Schäfer also gave us good advice during the viewing appointment. The event was very well received by the participants, especially the dinner format, the wow effect from the conversion from conference room to dinner situation was great. The catering was also rated as very good and the service staff responded well to minor difficulties on site. All in all, we are very satisfied with how the event went and look forward to future events at Tagungswerk.
The cooperation with Ms. Söchtig was excellent. She was always available for us and looked after us in a very competent and friendly manner right from the start.
Many thanks to Ms. Schiller and her colleagues, whose names I unfortunately have not remembered. For our shooting project "last trace Berlin" we were extremely competent and fast and friendly and professional perfect (do not know with the best will in the world how I could gender this - I choose the female form because we had to do mainly with female employees). The location offered everything our script required. Special thanks to the facility manager who allowed me to push a needle into a joint of the clinker brickwork for better adhesion of a wall decoration.
The location itself is very beautiful indoors, but the location was perceived by our participants as somewhat remote.
The cooperation with the team was excellent both in the preparation and on site - thank you very much!

I would like to sincerely thank Mrs. Söchtig, who has super cared for us, and has also accepted short-term change requests and questions. The ambience was more than satisfactory!
We felt very well looked after as PHINEO at our SKala-CAMPUS annual conference "Let's go! The first conference for more financial stability of non-profits" as well as at the final event of the SKala initiative. Every staff member we dealt with was available for us at any time (in the run-up as well as on site) and they made an effort to always process our requests smoothly and quickly. Thank you for that. - Food and drinks: unfortunately there was too little meat. (100 pers. booked and 80 actually present).
- Flexibility: we would have liked more flexibility regarding deliveries, viewing, dry-run.
Overall friendly advice and staff. Clean location with central location.
DAAD - Insights into German Research: The cooperation was very good, the whole team very committed and accommodating. The premises were well divided and suitable for our event. I will gladly recommend this service anytime!
The handling and support was impeccable. Despite the change of contact person, there was never a feeling of not being well looked after. Both employees were goal-oriented and always well informed. We and our customers enjoyed it. gladly again!
