The company made a good impression during the first telephone conversation and provided friendly and objective advice. I therefore decided to continue working with them. However, the subsequent experience was unfortunately very negative, so that I had to terminate the cooperation after a short time. Betreuungswelt Norbert Stolz is a pure placement agency that arranges contacts with Polish agencies from its desk. In the end, the contracts are also concluded with the Polish agencies. The Polish agencies send exposés of the potential caregivers with their relevant experience and language skills. The first caregiver we chose was identified as having an intermediate level of German according to the exposé. Due to the caregiver's German language skills, the costs were correspondingly higher. When the lady arrived, it turned out that she could not speak a single word of German. Communication was only possible with a translation app. This situation was unacceptable for the caregiver. I then objected and criticized, and the company Betreuungswelt regretfully offered me the prospect of a new caregiver for the next month who would certainly have an intermediate knowledge of German. However, the price of the Polish agency was significantly increased again. The fact was that this caregiver did not have any knowledge of German either, although her exposé communicated an average knowledge of German at level 3.5. I then gave notice to the agency because the contractually agreed services were not provided. Fortunately, one of the other agencies then fulfilled the contractual agreements regarding the stated language skills.
