Service and friendliness to the customer is written large here. We felt comfortable here right away.
It was completely addressed to our needs and through specific questions about lying habits, etc. the appropriate tailored to us conjured up.
We found it especially nice that they didn't just try to offer us something expensive or very expensive, but also something that suited our bodies, our reclining sensibilities and our budget.
A super big plus point is that we were able to test-sleep the products we favored.
We were able to test a mattress as well as several pillows very extensively.
After us not only the excellent service, but also the offered products super convinced, we have then, 2 slatted frames, a mattress, a comforter, 2 pillows and a little later still another pillow purchased.
We would like to thank Mrs. Weber and Mr. Schulz for their patience and their warm-hearted and humorous manner.
One thing is for sure "We will be back".

Great I found that I first got 2 pillows to test for a week and I could then decide on a

We had a very specific idea of how we wanted our bed to look: With an upholstered headboard and a light gray linen cover. Nowhere did we find exactly that, with the fabric color we wanted and some storage space under the bed. Team Heise gave us great advice and put together our dream bed. It turned out exactly as we imagined. We had quite high demands and were definitely not the easiest of customers, but the team at Betten Heise was able to fulfill all our wishes with a lot of patience and expertise. By working with an upholsterer, we had a very large selection of linen fabrics and colors and were able to order samples to our home until we found the right fabric. We also purchased a mattress that I was allowed to test for a few days. Unfortunately, after a little bit of time, I found out that my first choice was not the right one for me, as the mattress was too hard after all. The team at Betten Heise was so customer-oriented that they exchanged the mattress for me for a small outlay for a softer one that is now really optimal. That was really great and certainly not standard. Now we have a bed system that is not only beautiful, but also exactly adapted for us. The quality of the bed is very good and we know that we are in very good hands at Betten Heise and therefore recommend this store and its team 100% in any case. Thank you again to the whole team!
