Betten Tenhaeff convinced us that our wish for a new and higher mattress incl. slatted frame could be taken up and fulfilled "by phone" without any problems. A selection of mattresses and slatted frames tailored to us together with fitted sheets was delivered to Hiesfeld a few days later, presented at home and immediately exchanged.
