I would like to thank my estate agent, Tibor Birtalan, for his excellent work. He has already successfully rented out my condominium in Laxenburg once. Using the customer portal, I was always able to see directly what was happening when and how, and he also contacted me regularly by phone to discuss all the details. My apartment is currently being sold again by Betterhomes and Tibor Birtalan, and I am also very satisfied here. Our realtor Mrs. Dana Binder is the best I know. Professional, individual, accessible, there for every question immediately. We are very satisfied.

Actually Better Homes itself deserves 5+ stars. However, the processing lawyer has cost me a little more than 6.000,-€ due to her extremely slow way of working. And a lot of time, mails and nerves. Thus the star deduction.

Procedure:
Purchase contract drawn up: Mid-October 2022. date of sale should be: 01.11.2022 Due to legal difficulties with his bank, the buyer needed a court order. Was done by the judge quickly. But then lay unprocessed until January 2023 at the lawyer. Key handover and payment into the escrow account: 15.02.2023. Thus I had to pay for 4 MONTHS(!) all costs for the condominium further, although this was completely vacated since the 3rd week of October and therefore no longer usable. The share of the sale amount due to me - remaining loan and tax office had to be paid - I then received AM 31.05.2023! Again 3,5 MONTHS WAITING TIME! So in total the sale took 7.5 months! As mentioned above, not the fault of Better Homes, I am exceptionally satisfied with this company itself, especially the personal consultant is simply a class of its own! - But working with this lawyer.... never again.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the responsible broker from BetterHomes in Linz-Land. I did not feel in good hands. Difficult to reach, did not get back in touch, unreliable. I would definitely have expected something different from a broker. The name is deliberately not mentioned here by me.
