Super kompetente Beratung ohne dem Kunden etwas aufzuschwätzen. Kann die Kirchgeßners absolut empfehlen. Wenn man eine Seriöse Agentur sucht, macht man dort definitiv nichts falsch.
Der Kontakt mit dem Büro der Bezirksdirektion Bingen verlief reibungslos. Die telefonischen Absprachen mit den Mitarbeiter*innen erfolgten freundlich, kompetent und zuverlässig. Die Beratung und Abwicklung des aktuellen Vorgangs durch Herrn Kirchgeßner und Team war sehr gut.
Der Kundenservice der Agentur ist nicht jedem gelegen. Eine Auswertung der Kontaktintensität ist für die Evaluation des Servicebedarfes sicherlich erforderlich; jedoch sollte diese im Hintergrund durchgeführt und dem Kunden nicht direkt oder indirekt als Nachteil ausgelegt werden.
