Our financing was complicated by multiple properties in 3 states from our perspective. Not for BFS.
The support of the entire financing from the starting point of the real estate over a selection of financing banks to the final signature was consistently professional and always customer-oriented.
The input of an experienced consultant who also looks far beyond the end of his nose and contributes his own experience has also shown us issues that we would not have considered.

If we start a new project then with 100.0% certainty - only with BFS -.

Real estate financing

The goal was the purchase of a property. At my request, Ms. Herrmann provided a complete consultation by telephone, including several adjustments and requests for changes, always in a timely manner and at short notice. Even when there were problems with the financing bank, she was always available and kept in contact with me in a solution-oriented manner. Competent, customer-oriented way of working

The consultation was about financing a property: Ms. Hermann explained everything in detail, competently and patiently. She would never recommend anything "unreasonable", i.e. that you go into high-rise debt or similar. She clearly states what is feasible and what is not and then looks for the best product for the respective life situation. I am happy to recommend Ms. Hermann to others. That is what I liked:

Buy property

The starting point was the purchase of a new property. The financing should be set up in such a way that the value of an existing property is included until it is sold. For the total financing 2 building blocks were chosen. A flexible loan for interim financing and long-term credit. The advice and the process were absolutely serious and professional. The entire project was successfully completed in a very short time. Absolutely recommendable I liked that:
