The trainer led us through the day in a very friendly and competent manner. The attached protocols and handouts are very good and give the opportunity to visually deal with what was said. We were able to take a lot away from this great session. The trainer showed us through her explanations and examples how strong we are as people and employees and that one or the other "weakness" can be turned into a strength if we act and communicate together and exchange ideas. I think that everyone was able to take away a lot of positive things from this seminar. Thank you again for this!

In my opinion, it was very good to talk a little more with colleagues (across departments) and to see what makes up their daily work, what moves them and accompanies them in order to better understand and assess one or the other. Such communication rounds are very important and valuable for the daily cooperation. It would be nice if we could build on this.

First of all, it should be mentioned that the seminar leader seemed to me very competent, attention-grabbing in her presentation style, and very accessible to questions and comments. In terms of content, the topics were definitely knowledge-enhancing for me and applicable in practice. For my part, I realized that I was already very correct in my previous methodology, in my work as a cooperative pilot, but that I can still optimize this. I would very much welcome a continuation of such further training in at least the same quality in the future. Psychological topics always arouse a special interest in me. Please continue to give me the opportunity to quench my thirst for knowledge in this area. I thank the academy for this educational opportunity and the trainer for its implementation in the already mentioned competent, engaging and charming way!

My feedback refers to the speaker Verena Wachsmuth: She was convincing through her competence, she conveyed the contents in a very interesting, clear, helpful and efficient way. She regularly involved all participants. She had a good mixture of structure, mediation and personal participation. She integrated the experiences of the participants very well. She knows how to connect participants with different prior information. Very happy to do more seminars with her.

The seminar series at CBM was fantastically organized and the conditions on site were perfect for working effectively with the groups. Everyone involved had a lot of fun, there was intensive learning and working time and plenty of scope for joint experimentation.

The atmosphere is really great! We were highly motivated at all times in our In House seminar - on the one hand by the participants but also by the overall atmosphere in the academy! With the catering, it is perhaps possible in the future to offer more home-style cooking, not everyone eats modern, vegan or vegan.
