I came across Sarah through Instagram. At that point, I had been struggling with a bloated belly for many years. After my initial consultation, it was clear that I wanted to work with Sarah. Before I met Sarah, I had been to many doctors and alternative practitioners. I had an intestinal fungus in childhood that was treated for a year with a very strict diet. After 20 years it came back - at least that's what I thought. A finding from a female doctor indicated this at least. So this time I got antibiotics and antifungals and was allowed to lead a strict diet again. And after half a year I could eat almost everything again and without any symptoms. However, after 3 months the symptoms came again. This time the medicines did not work, my blood values did not indicate any inflammation and the doctors were at a loss. I recommend this intestinal microbiome analysis including a step-by-step program especially for older people who may already have various "construction sites" (such as inflammatory foci in the body). This analysis and program shows, among other things, deficiencies that have arisen over the years due to incorrect or even unhealthy nutrition and have gradually damaged the body.
Deficiencies are identified, discussed, evaluated, and solutions are shown. One thing is for sure, you will be shown the way to reach your goal. It is up to you to actively take the step in the right direction. I would do it again, even if it is connected with costs. The most difficult step is to give up one's inner "pig dog" and old habits, then success sets in and it pays off, the body gets healthy step by step and the well-being returns. It is clear that what has been damaged for a long time, also needs time to recover.

I started having bowel problems insidiously in September last year. I had to fight with spontaneous diarrhea before, but after that disappeared after a change in my life circumstances, I blamed it on the psyche and did not pursue it further.
This time, however, it became visibly worse and the foods that I could still eat "with impunity" became less and less. Really stupid was a vacation in a 4 star hotel, where I actually could not eat any of the delicacies. Everything caused painful flatulence and sometimes bad diarrhea - you can't call that a vacation.
In December I also got Covid - and as the only symptom but severe diarrhea. Eating was not possible at all. At this point I was really meanwhile very desperate and was already afraid of food. By chance I came across Sarah's "Bioma Balance" on Instagram. After a short phone call, in which Sarah told me about the program, the costs, etc., I was actually immediately very taken - but deterred by the price first.
But since I really wanted to get out of this negative spiral, I wanted to at least give it a try.
What can I say?
