I have tried many gyms, but none have convinced me like Bodystreet. The EMS training is intense and effective and the 20 minutes are actually enough to see results. I am especially impressed by the high effectiveness, which is proven by studies. I can recommend it to everyone.

Ich trainiere seit über 4 Jahren bei Bodystreet und bin fortwährend und von jedem einzelnen Training begeistert. Daher eine ganz klare Empfehlung meinerseits. Warum genau? Ein super freundliches Team. Eine herzliche und freundschaftliche Atmosphäre. Kompetente, hoch motivierte und top ausgebildete Trainer/innen. Bei jedem Training wird intensiv auf individuelle Traingsziele eingegangen (Bauch, Rücken, etc). Ausgiebige Beratung bei Fragen, gesundheitlichen Problemen, etc. Auch im LockDown wurde durch zahlreiche Onlineangebote/-kurse für Fitness gesorgt. Das wohl intensivste und effektivste Training in dessen Genuss ich bisher gekommen bin. Und zu guter letzt... Ein Muskelkater auf den ich mich jede Woche auf's Neue freue. Danke an euch! Und definitiv weiter so :-)
