Recommendation
For 20 minutes a week you get an incredible amount of fitness. Whether back, stomach or chest muscles. The price is also completely reasonable, considering that a maximum of 2 participants have a personal trainer to themselves. Making appointments is also very easy. Postponed appointments, e.g. due to vacation or illness, can be arranged and made up at short notice. My two trainers, Martin and Jakob, are very competent and helpful and always have the right exercises and look after the health of the participants.

Staff very friendly.
Appointment allocation completely relaxed.

Training very effective, since there are only 2 members who are trained at the same time, errors in the exercise of the exercises can be corrected immediately.

Also the running times are very individual , for everyone / woman something there !!!!

It's a great studio and it's a lot of fun to train there. All trainers are super competent, helpful and you feel very comfortable. Even after a short time you notice the success of the training. All in all, highly recommended

Das training ist sehr zu empfehlen. Man braucht keine scheu haben, da man max. Zu zweit trainiert. Die Trainer sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und gehen auf die individuellen Probleme ein.
Allerdings braucht man auch Durchhaltevermögen!

Super Training und top engagierte und motivierte Mitarbeiter. 😊
Das Training ist effizient und macht Spaß. Nur einige Übungen mit Bewegung wären schön.

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Iris geht häufig vor Kunden sehr ruppig und unhöflich mit ihren Mitarbeiter_innen um, was für Kunden extrem unangenehm ist. Und meist aus Kundensicht auch zu unrecht. Ein netterer Umgang wäre nett. Moderne weibliche Führung geht definitiv besser.
