The training is varied and tailored to personal needs.

Always all super nice. They always look at how you feel after the workout. I have a problem with the app, also here a solution was found so that I can do my workout without stress.
The success is not yet as I have promised me, but this is because I'm not yet perfect what water drinking and protein intake and I vlt. also train too much at the same time. So from Body Street side everything is perfect. The weak link in the chain is currently (still) I :-(. You grow at his task :-)

Recommendation
All trainers are very competent, always in a good mood and motivated.

Been active there for 3.5 years to balance my unhealthy work movements and thus unbalanced body loads/musculature. Very satisfied, recommend for anyone who wants to try something different than a gym.
