Hey, I've been here for several years now and would like to say that the training has never been as valuable to me as it has been in the last 6 months or so.
The training has increased in quality and physical demand, especially Nazer has a large share here!
A reason for me to stay with it!

Hammer Team, Sauberkeit sehr gut im
Studio, die Personal-Trainer mega professionell und kompetent. Vor allem das Training an sich hochintensiv und effizient! Kann es jedem nur mal ans Herz legen, es zumindest auszuprobieren, um sich sein eigenes Bild davon zu machen. Ich freue mich jede Woche sehr auf das Training und bin komplett überzeugt davon!

Ich freue mich jede Woche aufs Training, da ich schon nach wenigen Wochen erste tolle Ergebnisse bzgl. meines Bodyshapes bemerkte - was von Kollegen und Freunden bestätigt wurde. Das Training ist anstrengend, macht aber viel Freude und die 20 Minuten vergehen wie im Fluge. Konzept und Trainer sind absolut top 👍👍👍👍👍👍
