For 20 years I have been booking my trips abroad, mainly to Spain, through the travel agency boomtours, whose friendliness, high organizational competence and absolute customer focus have convinced me time and again.

Three school group trips to Barcelona alone were a complete success because I could always count on the responsiveness of "my" boomtours team and their willingness to solve any problems that arose at short notice. Even the cancellation of several earlier travel plans at short notice was accepted and handled with great understanding. Not only all this gave me the feeling that I was in absolutely trustworthy, reliable and competent hands with Mrs. Neuperti and her staff.

My most recent stay in Spain was also planned smoothly and to my complete satisfaction in all respects - travel connections, hotel, other extras - and realized perfectly.

Another bull's eye! The booked trips were made impossible by Corona. What to do? Go to Boomtours and let them 'mother' us. Even in difficult times, it was still possible at short notice last summer to conjure up a beautiful family vacation at the Baltic Sea from a canceled trip to the Canaries.
