I would like to praise the estate agent Ms. Hamdemir! She is not only very professional and friendly, but was also totally competent and flexible in meeting my needs (e.g. postponing the move-in date at my request) in order to make the move into my new apartment as suitable as possible for me - I am very grateful for that! My questions were always answered in detail and documents and the like were sent quickly and reliably. I am definitely looking forward to my new apartment and would like to say thank you in advance!

I had a great experience with the whole team, especially Ms. Handemir Hatiçe. She was very friendly and courteous, within a few days she terminated the contract and took over the apartment for us. A big compliment to Boss Immobillien.

Customer requests are simply disregarded or rudely smashed to the ground. My apartment is a wreck and I've been waiting for months for my doorbell to be fully functional or for me to be able to take a bath again. Even the toilet and the floor are broken. I was promised X times that who comes and fixes it and I'm still waiting. I STRONGLY ADVISE FROM Boss!!!
