To the BRANDIS team and all those interested in the subject of negotiation:
Last year, we at Büttner Energie- und Trocknungstechnik GmbH in Krefeld informed ourselves about various training and further education opportunities for sales staff. We came across the subject of negotiation techniques and finally booked a training course with Brandis in Hamburg.
The first part took place over two days in January 2024 and the two-day intensive course in May 2024. Both events were held in-house at our premises in Krefeld.
The participants were 11 people from the areas of management, new systems sales and service sales.
We can highly recommend this training!
Both events, the introductory course in January and the so-called Accellerator course in May, are aimed at people who regularly negotiate with other business partners, customers, suppliers, etc. and who sometimes have to deal with very difficult negotiations.
Very good tools were taught and practiced, from the right preparation to the successful conclusion, whereby the exit can also mean success and there was also a procedure for this.
Both training sessions were very well prepared and conducted by Jan Träger and everyone involved agreed afterwards that it was an excellent training course, informative, lively, exciting, helpful, with a lasting impact thanks to the practical exercises and conducted by Jan in a very professional and, above all, practical manner with lots of specific tips and hints. We are sure that this training will help us enormously in our business and we would highly recommend BRANDIS!
