Within a short time a suitable caregiver was found. The arrival had to be postponed due to an illness on our part. This was also made possible. The arrival and the personal conversation with the consultant from the agency went well. The main problem is the language barrier, although we pay a surcharge for the best possible knowledge of German.

I found the agents who dealt with my request (Mr. Roentsch and Mr. Werner) very friendly and helpful. They dealt with arising problems promptly and efficiently and I couldn't have wished for a more professional service. On the whole, we are satisfied. A big disadvantage, however, is that the nursing staff all speak very poor German and none of the Brinkmann employees speak Polish. Unfortunately, one does not receive any help when communication problems arise.

Satisfied with the responsiveness.
Not satisfied with the changes so far, since agreements were not kept (which was possibly due to Corona conditions and the partners working with Brinkmann).
First placed caregiver was borderline and was not informed enough about the requirements by her agency.
First change announced too short notice, therefore no handover on site, 1 day no care available.
