Mr. Matheja is a professional "through and through" but always has an ear for the needs and concerns of his customers; he can empathize well with the situation of his customers; has a calming effect on all parties involved, especially in "stressful situations" very solution-oriented; the agency has helped us through a difficult time; I can only warmly recommend the agency !

From the beginning, before the actual commissioning until the end of the cooperation, super competent extremely friendly and experienced support. Very nice contact, short response times.
The two ladies who took care of him during the care period are highly recommended and have in a very short time the existing reservations of my father not only completely eliminated but reversed. He was of the opinion that we should have used this form of care much earlier. And he was absolutely right. Thank you once again for your support in every form.

Particularly noteworthy in the mediation service, the very short-term arrangements / agreements that had to be changed due to rapidly changing situations on site, at short notice. This always happened very quickly and precisely. Often a short phone call was enough and already changes could be brought on the way.
Mr. Matheja was able to offer us a caregiver at very short notice, who was then also brought personally by him. This is a 150% commitment.we could be helped with it very much. We say herewith again a big thank you.

particularly noteworthy is the will and ability to help quickly. Already the first call to the care agency Brinkmann resulted in a satisfactory and reassuring solution. One is immediately informed about financial and organizational circumstances . The advice is based on experience and knowledge and appears competent. Even in acute cases there are quick and good offers. During the discussions and negotiations, all concerns, claims and demands are sensitively addressed and extraordinary helpfulness is conveyed and shown. I would like to thank Brinkmann, especially Mr. Matheja, and recommend them with conviction.

We worked with Brinkmann for 3 years. During the Corona pandemic, the organization of care was associated with numerous additional difficulties for which solutions were found in close coordination. We were able to build up a personal, very trusting relationship with some of the forces we placed. Brinkmann successfully supported us in ensuring that these forces came to us repeatedly and with increasing duration.

Bringing nursing staff into the house was a completely new situation for both the people to be cared for (1 time permanent care, 1 time temporary due to surgery) and the relatives. Mr. Matheja and his team were very good in providing sound advice and support, and they also found the ideal caregiver right away - it couldn't have gone any better.
Since the care of the mother was only temporary, the caregiver will soon return home, she is already missed.
We can unreservedly recommend Axel Matheja and team and will also use their help again at any time, if needed.
