I went on the trip to Cornwall. Our coach driver, Dieter, was great. Well organized with the catering, drove really well and showed us a lot. I always wish I had a coach driver like that. Apart from the hotel in Bournemouth, the hotels were good. I can only recommend this trip.

Very experienced, calm bus driver.
The first hotel (the Carrington House in Bournemouth) was not nice. The other hotels (6 overnight stays) were good.
We saw a lot. I would recommend the trip.

Special praise goes to our bus driver Dieter. I have never experienced such a relaxed bus driver. He always kept us well informed, organized everything perfectly and mastered every situation. Everything was as described in the catalog. However, the Carrington House Hotel for the first night in Bournemouth was very outdated and borderline.

Well looked after as a disabled traveler. In addition, a good and helpful bus driver with sound specialist knowledge.
It would be nicer if Ljubljane and Lipica were included in the program instead of the detour to Lake Bled.

Unfortunately, the heating in our bus was broken. Extremely hot at the front. The heating in the foot area was glowing even though it was switched off. One person fell over because of this. In the rear area (from the toilet), it was cold because the heating was switched off.
Unfortunately, this made the journey a bit tiring.

The dinner on Friday evening was not so good. 3 stars nevertheless. A note about limited options would have been appropriate.
Everything else very good. The staff must be highly praised.
The seats in the Elbphilharmonie were excellent. Thank you very much!!!
