With various defects in our motorhome, which had to be repaired quite promptly, we headed without great expectations "Brox Camper" in Hildesheim. The super friendly, totally helpful and competent workshop manager Jens was the top address for us! He worked highly motivated, kept telef. consultation and was incredibly eager to help us quickly! We were very pleased that we ran into such an approachable, solution-oriented professional! We have found our point of contact for the future!

The motorhomes are fully equipped vehicles.
As a rule, it is only about 1 year old models, so almost new.
Uncomplicated handover of the vehicles teileeise with personal appointment request.

Overall, we were very satisfied and have Broxcamper already recommended more often. I would only wish that there would be a comprehensive insurance with a right of choice of the personal contribution (eg only 200.00 € at extra cost).

Thank you very much for the rating! I am pleased to inform you that we offer since the beginning of a fully comprehensive additional insurance with a deductible of 250 euros. Here we are always looking for a suitable partner. At the moment it is the Ergo insurance. A link to take out the insurance is always sent together with the rental contract. It is also possible to take out the insurance via our homepage. We are sorry that this info was not communicated clearly enough to you from our side. We were very pleased with the advice, the camper and the equipment. Bright, modern with many storage compartments, etc. Everything worked flawlessly and reliably. Great driving comfort. Mr. Brox gave us wonderful pick up and drop off times. BroxCamper again at any time!

We took a caravan vacation with our family of four for the first time this year. After some research we came across Brox Camper. Mr. Brox is super friendly and was very flexible and accommodating in arranging the pick-up and drop-off times and made us a super offer. We were then even upgraded afterwards by replacing a vehicle, had a caravan as good as new and a great vacation. On pickup, as a layman, I had a comprehensive but not overflowing briefing and on return there was a proper inspection. We were super satisfied and can recommend Brox Camper to anyone interested. Keep it up and gladly again!
