I really liked the initial consultation with the consultant, Mr. C. Schneider. I was also very impressed by the electricians who connected everything up. The whole service was very good. We were very satisfied with everything.

No, only partially: at the beginning the wrong inverter was installed, after a tough telephone consultation it was removed and packed up again (the holes are still there).
Unfortunately, the first installation date had to be postponed due to weather conditions (although severe black ice was predicted, the postponement information came very late).
Then the Monday date was postponed again. And the best thing was that the assembly material was not available on the Monday date, another day wasted.

BSH realized a system that was precisely tailored to the spatial conditions of my house and my wishes at a reasonable price. There were minor problems with the implementation and rectification of defects, which led to delays. But overall, I am very satisfied with BSH's performance.

The advice was very competent and helpful in deciding on the right photovoltaic system. Everything went smoothly and we are very satisfied.

We are very satisfied with the installation of the system. Everything works perfectly. All the fitters did a great job. Friendly, very clean and correct.
Now my negative assessment... I have been applying to extend my storage system by 3 modules for weeks. I received a cost estimate from Mr. Felix Umhöfer and confirmed it. After many reminder calls, I am now waiting for an order confirmation and installation. This is not the way to deal with customers. Especially as we didn't pay for our system on credit, but paid for it ourselves. I have the feeling that I am just being put off, seriousness looks different.

Very fair terms and conditions. Despite invoicing via a factoring company, a cancellation invoice was issued after additional work or remaining work was necessary until complete and error-free commissioning, so that invoicing was only issued after completion of all remaining work and correct functioning of all components. This gives the customer a high degree of certainty of receiving a fault-free PV system.
Individual installation steps are carried out by subcontractors, with the quality of work varying in some cases. However, BSH's specialist staff are always on hand for commissioning and individual problem-solving in the sometimes difficult installation conditions and demonstrate a high level of technical expertise, solving all problems.
Overall, 5 stars (*****), BSH can be recommended without reservation.

The consultant Mr. Hübner was very nice and competent! The fitters who put the panels on the roof were also super nice and competent. The electrical company, on the other hand, I would never let into my house again. First there was the incident that they unplugged my freezer, which broke goods worth over 200€ no it was also connected incorrectly!!!!
After I complained I got a measly 50€ voucher which you can't even redeem I would have to pay in advance. Just ridiculous...

The advice from the field service was very good and we immediately had a good feeling, so we accepted the offer from BSH, although we also had another company that was better in terms of price.
All in all, the process was good, but a few things could still be improved.
For the partial financing, we stated that we still had to finance 8,000 euros. However, the bank was given 10,000 euros. We will have to pay the difference back to the bank immediately but will have to pay penalty interest. This was not a good idea and we are losing money as a result.

We were promised that BSH would take care of everything. This has largely happened, except for one thing where we were thrown in front of the cart.
It was about the scaffolding that BSH had ordered from a local scaffolder. I pointed out to my colleagues several times that the scaffolding had to be erected in a parking lot that was rented out to people.
I was assured that everything would work, then two days before the scaffolding was to be erected, I called your colleagues again to make an appointment and was told that I had to take care of the free parking spaces. The problem is that these parking spaces are rented by residents of the city of Zeil and do not necessarily live in my neighborhood. Thanks to the help of the Zeil town council, we were able to inform these people and the parking spaces were free when the scaffolding was erected.
This cost me a lot of nerves and I didn't think it was right on your part.

The last point that bothered us was the communication between your departments. There were often problems here because one department didn't know what the other had done or said.
For example: order processing and financing (this is probably where the mistake with the excessive financing amount came from) or agreements regarding feasibility or deadlines.
We always had different contact persons and during phone calls I always had to tell all the things that my colleagues had done or said before. You need to work on this.

In conclusion, however, we are very happy to have our PV system on our roof and look back positively on the work and services provided by BSH.
A big compliment goes to the roof installation team and the electricians. They were always friendly, very sociable, very professional and quickly solved small problems after consulting with me. Really top installation performance!!!

Detailed and competent initial consultation by Mr. Peter and his expert support until the end of the order, timely appointment announcements and adherence to all deadlines, competent and friendly staff in all areas of work, very good internal quality control

From consultation to completion in the shortest possible time, everything was exactly as we had imagined. Many thanks to the whole team, you are great! Unfortunately, we don't have a long-term forecast for you yet, but we hope to have a good time with BSH. Now it's your turn, for the sake of the environment and your wallet🙂✌️

The project was implemented in a very timely, clearly structured, speedy and absolutely professional manner, resulting in a very high level of customer satisfaction.

Everything was fine, I was only disappointed that the satellite antenna was not moved by the roof planner as I had requested and that after the antenna was moved, it was not technically aligned correctly with a measuring device, but only after being called out.

Everything was well organized, from the consultation to the final inspection. The deadlines were met correctly. The entire installation was completed in just 2 days (except for the meter installation).

- Invoice was issued at a time when not all work had been completed (not in accordance with BSH's process model, improvements also not yet made).
- Subcontractor (especially electrician): Performance poor, requiring various rectifications (e.g. the electricity meter had to be replaced by the emergency service, fuses still had to be installed at the time of acceptance)
- No support with regard to the app (inquiries unanswered for weeks), previous questions were not answered adequately (only according to templates). The fitter at the acceptance then found out that our email address had been passed on or entered incorrectly
- In principle, we are very satisfied with the services provided by BSH (e.g. offer phase or on-site acceptance), but not with the subcontractors used for the electrics
