My expectations were fully met, if not exceeded.
From the friendly contact to the handover of the keys to the buyer of the property, all the necessary steps for the sale of the property were professionally handled and accompanied by Mr. Franzen.
All my questions were answered satisfactorily and promptly.
The availability by phone was very good. I never had to wait long for callbacks.
To summarize, I can say the following:
If you are looking for a professional real estate agent who is worth the money, Buckels Immobilien is the best place to go.

We looked at a property from Buckels Immobilien. Mr. Franzen was super friendly and competent. We felt very well taken care of with him humanly and professionally. The questions were answered directly or promptly and also further requirements (documents) were tried to organize on request. Unfortunately, the property did not fit in the end, but we would come back to Buckels Immobilien at any time.

I found the very competent advice at eye level and not from above, the down-to-earth nature of the brokers and the timely flow of information extremely pleasant. I would recommend the company with a very clear conscience! Also the handling of the contract matters were uncomplicated, I was very well informed and advised and simply felt in good hands.
