A frequency converter was ordered and delivered without connection material.
According to Buschek, this cannot be reproduced, which is why we reordered and paid for the connection plugs for 120€. After several weeks of delay, an incorrect set of connectors was shipped. The multiple callback request was not responded to.

However, as a craft business, we need an invoice for accounting purposes.
This was not retrievable online - even when the fan was already mounted at the end customer, it was "in process" in the online store and so no RE retrievable.
