The bus was 2 hours late. No one from customer service could help us. We had to cancel a stop because of the delay and pay more at the venue for the time change. No one has responded to my email to customer service regarding this complaint. However, they had time to respond in 30 minutes and call 10 times in 10 minutes about payment. I would like a corrected invoice and a refund for the time lost and damage caused by the delay.

Unfortunately, the partner on your trip was unavailable. We would like to apologize for this! In order not to leave you and your passengers out in the rain, we looked for a replacement bus company at short notice, which resulted in a total delay of two hours and additional costs. We have already sent you a credit note to cover the additional costs.

Except for the fact that the driver did not go to the specified address, but went to another place and informed us about it very shortly before the meeting, the service was impeccable.
Adrian P. was our contact person and has excellently supported us from the preparation of the offer to the booking and contact during the ongoing trip and was always more than patient and courteous. We can highly recommend Busguru and would like to thank them once again for the extraordinary cooperation.

Has everything worked out perfectly! And the price-performance ratio was best (also in comparison with other offers - we were able to save more than 1000 euros).
In advance we had already clarified various things such as the driving time, break times of the driver, option second driver, etc.. This was all nullified with the sub company that was sent to us, which had neither kept to the agreements nor knew the destinations or could operate the navigation system. Communication with the driver was also not possible and in the end we had to guide him. Not recommended at all and never again.

We have had to deal with three sale agents. Two were subterranean, which meant that the bus trips cost us an average of €1000 more. The third sales manager was outstandingly good. We would give him 5 stars.

I asked for a bus on 17 February. Ticket 16052. To date, no offer. Telephone accessibility is not given. When I call at 10:30 on 27.02.23 I call outside business hours, although they are supposed to be from 9 am to 6 pm.
