We had ordered a solar light via OTTO, which was delivered by bmf shipping. Unfortunately, the outer shell had holes. We complained via OTTO on 6.10.23 and on the same day we were informed by bmf that a new light had been ordered. We received this immediately on 7.10.23. We have never experienced such a quick response from any company. We are very satisfied. We will always be happy to work with bmf again.
The solar lights are exactly what I had in mind. I have also immediately ordered 2 pieces. The packaging was great and the delivery was fast and uncomplicated.

Great raclette grill, was delivered super fast. We tried the raclette fondue machine right away with friends. Super, all in one!!! Good price-performance ratio. Our friends will also order the device.
