Carolin was very empathetic, and I felt very comfortable with her during our discussions. In working with her, I was particularly struck by the fact that she was able to grasp the experiences I described to her very well and simply understood my point of view. Also in the hypnosis session I had no concerns, she was very thoughtful and took me by the hand mentally in this session to release the blockages step by step.
In the recorded autosuggestion, I again felt how she beautifully transformed what I had told her together with your sensitivity and so my wishes and goals became even more coherent.

I can warmly recommend Carolin to anyone who needs an outside view & want to give their life a turnaround! :)

Carolin has a very warm, empathetic, trusting nature that put me in a very relaxed state during our coaching session in no time. I was able to fully engage in the coaching session and felt comfortable and secure at all times. We were able to get to the bottom of my chronic procrastination and constant self-doubt and find the root cause. It was very important for me to learn where my behavior was coming from. The incredibly great audio file accompanies me every day and the first results are already visible after a few days, which feels insanely great and liberating. I can therefore highly recommend Carolin and am very grateful to her.

Carolin is such a warm and wonderful person and I felt totally comfortable with her. She has so much experience and competence - she knows exactly what she is doing. This security helped me to completely engage in the process and to really let myself go. I already had my first important insights while filling out the questionnaire. Carolin then took extensive time for an exciting preliminary conversation, in which I felt very seen and heard. In the session itself, with Carolin's help, I was able to resolve issues that had been weighing me down for over 25 years and since then I have seen many things in a completely different light and have already achieved so much more quality of life as a result. Now I look forward to listening to the great audio every day and I am sure it will change so much more. I heartily recommend Carolin's coaching!

Carolin is a special person with whom I could immediately build trust. Her understanding, compassionate, relaxed manner and her competence as a coach or therapist make her Mindset Coaching something very special. I am currently building my self-employment, and old beliefs from my childhood are blocking me in the process. Carolin accompanied me into a trance that enabled me to uncover these beliefs and recognize what I need instead. These new insights are now evolving into my new beneficial routine through Caro's methodology. For me, it is opening up new possibilities that I had not seen before. I contacted Carolin because of post-traumatic stress disorder. After the preliminary consultation I was very mentally upset, slept restlessly, had violent dreams, woke up at night with palpitations, lay awake for a long time and had to go to the toilet 3-4 times (which, as I have read, is also a sign of stress).
What for me most impressively illustrates the success of the session with Carolin is that I also woke up the night after the session, but then quickly went back to sleep and I did not have to get out "to toilet" once.
I experience Carolin very committed to my cause, very well prepared, empathetic, sympathetic and humorous.

The coaching already started with a very interesting questionnaire, which took me some time, because the more I thought about the questions, the deeper I already went into my topics.
In the following Zoom Session, my main topic was again illuminated much more deeply in the hypnosis session, so that solution approaches emerged very quickly.
And the audio file that Ms. Andersch then recorded for me, I listen to very gladly, because it expresses my inner desires very well, motivates immensely and brings calm to the topics.
Ms. Andersch has a very pleasant way of navigating into the depths of one's own issues and leads to one's own approaches to solutions through good self-reflective questions. In addition, she has a very pleasant voice, which is especially positive for listening to the audio file.
All in all, I can fully recommend this coaching.

Through the qualitative pre-consultation, we were able to go directly into the topic in hypnosis. Things that I had not even guessed have emerged and the deep realization has solved many things for me. The suggestion in the form of an elaborated recording by Caro with my words, my feelings helps me to internalize the experienced deeper and deeper. Very sustainable and effective. I am thrilled. It was the best decision to do the coaching with her. I can recommend it wholeheartedly, an absolute added value. Her energy is contagious and inspiring. Her expertise outstanding. I found it very fascinating and interesting what images from my past came up during the hypno session. I was also deeply impressed by the power of words and imagination. I was very emotionally moved almost from the beginning, which I had not expected. After the session I was exhausted but also felt a sense of inner peace. I was looking forward to the audio file and listen to it almost every night before I go to sleep. I am very balanced in the morning after waking up and actually always in a positive mood, which I attribute to listening to the file. During the day, I rarely feel ravenous hunger and hardly ever have a strong desire for sweets.

Carolin has helped me tremendously to recover from my postpartum depression.
For months I haven't been able fall asleep even when my baby was finally in bed. I suffered anxiety attacks constantly, had insomnia and I was physically and mentally in a very bad state. It eventually became unbearable, so I sarted taking prescribed medication to sleep and relax. However, during the last weeks I've adjusted the medication and I'll probably won't need it in a near future.

Carolin and I met several times; she made sure that she really knew me and my concerns and I always felt that she was extremely well prepared and informed for the sessions. Carolin was very empathetic, warm, understanding and caring, and she made sure that I understood what was going to happen at every moment. She guided me in German during the hypnosis, but I could use my mother tongue (Spanish) in some situations when I found it necessary. That was extremely helpful!

Her audio is my best company during the night, it really resonates with me and it is helping me change my negative thoughts and cognitive distortions. Carolin has motivated me to change my self-destructive thinking pattern and create my own audios. Thank you again!!! Mil gracias

Carolin is a sensitive and professional therapist, she prepared in detail and intensively for our meetings, so that I had the feeling that she understands exactly where I am right now and what is relevant.
