At the beginning of January, I took part in rhetoric coaching with Carsten Böhm. The small group allowed for an intensive exchange and challenged me to think actively. The day flew by under the appreciative and motivating guidance. I took away a lot of good ideas. It would be desirable if the topic of media law were given more space. Thank you very much for a day that will help us all move forward.

As part of the event "Communication tips: Rhetoric I Appearance I Media", Mr. Böhm provided important and, for me, largely new tips and information. The topic was first discussed in theory. During the course of the day, two situations were practiced and evaluated with camera support.

The trainer was able to give me very good suggestions for improvement, which enabled me to further develop my rhetorical skills and perform even better in front of an audience in the future.

Thank you very much for the successful training with Carsten Böhm and Andrea Walter according to the motto: Being a good leader is not a goal, but a constant process! Carsten and Andrea are different but perfectly attuned trainers who respond to each participant with a great deal of empathy (especially from you, dear Andrea!) and knowledge.
The combination of a 2-day kick-off event and coaching on the ground was individually tailored to our requirements and implemented very successfully. Our managers are enthusiastic about the new impulses and put what they have learned into practice.

I was very fortunate to be able to attend several seminars and events with the speakers Andrea Walter and Carsten Böhm and was delighted with the atmosphere and the wealth of new approaches and approaches conveyed. The seminars were always characterized by new and interesting knowledge and a relaxed, cordial atmosphere. Many interesting practical training sessions and group work also reinforced the seminar content conveyed by the speakers in advance. I personally hope for further interesting cooperation in the future.

What I like about Mr. Böhm is that he takes time for the participants in individual discussions. On the other hand, I see a somewhat greater need in groups for the exchange of experiences, as this was somewhat neglected last time. Many of the things learned can be integrated helpfully and successfully in everyday life, even if sometimes only after a certain period of time has passed in order to have experienced certain situations authentically.

Herr Böhm hat mein Problem sofort erkannt, hat mich dieses Erkennen und anhand von Beispielen, selbst erarbeiten lassen. Wie man so schön sagt, der sogenannte "Aha-Effekt" !
Er hat mir gezeigt, wie ich mich aus der Sicht meines Gegenübers fühle, und mir durch Beispielen neue Wege und Möglichkeiten gegeben.
Seine Arbeit ist sehr inspirierend.
Persönlich bin ich Ihm sehr Dankbar, er hat es geschafft mich neu zu motivieren und meine Sichtweise zu überdenken, mit seiner Hilfe fiel es mir leicht!.

Guten Tag,
Meine Name ist Justin Steinborn.
Ich hatte das große Vergnügen den Herrn Böhm und den Herrn Meister kennenzulernen.
Sowohl der Herr Böhm als auch der Herr Meister sind unfassbar kompetent.
Das Team hat mich nach einem Erfolglosen Monat zurück in die richtige Bahn geleitet.
Seit dem ist meine Erfolgsquote durch die Decke gegangen.
Man wurde in Verkaufsgesprächen begleitet und Analysiert.
Danach wurde ein Gespräch geführt über die möglichen Verbesserungen im Verkauf selbst.

Das hat sowohl im Verkauf als auch im Privaten Leben sehr geholfen. Die Sachen die passieren einfach mal anders zu sehen.

Letzte Woche durfte ich Herrn Böhm erneut live erleben. Ich war vor ca. 1 Jahr bereits auf einem Seminar von Ihm. Die Fülle an Inhalt, verpackt mit seiner Art hat mich damals schon begeistert und meine Verkaufsgespräche positiv geprägt. Man merkt, dass Herr Böhm sich selber stets weiterentwickelt, somit waren dieses Jahr erneut unglaublich viele begeisternde Punkte dabei, welche ich in den kommenden Wochen umsetzen werde.
