Now to the product CellAir Gecko. At the beginning I was a little clumsy with the unusual operation of the tablet, I am still from the generation of the analog dial phone and with the new things I sometimes get a little difficult. But here, too, they responded with time and understanding and now I'm very excited about the mobile flexibility the operation gives you here.

Compared to the competitor, I have to say that the CellAir device works much better (software is simple and intuitively designed) and allows easy operation and a much better possibility of evaluating the course of treatment. Also "felt" I have the impression that the treatment is "stronger".

However, I have to give a minus point, the delivery was very cumbersome and despite the fact that I made a request for a telephone notification of delivery, was twice tried to deliver in my absence. The third time they called me and it worked. There is certainly still some room for improvement here.

The advice in advance was excellent, I wish there were more companies that put so much emphasis on understanding the customer. Here, the phrase "the customer is king" is lived.

I use the Gecko Plus in my practice and I am very satisfied. I cannot comment on the other systems offered by the company. I have not had them demonstrated to me.
The evaluation of the office I can not really make because I got an on-site appointment with me in the practice and I am therefore missing the impression of the office. Therefore a neutral evaluation in the point.
