Mr. Falk very quickly grasped that we will not get together at the current stage of our product. But instead of pretending and maybe even "ripping us off", he took the time and very competently showed us the next necessary steps and requirements for successful marketing (e.g. creation of which materials). Such honesty and actually the empathy and the look, what helps the customer now, I had not experienced so far in this industry unfortunately. Hats off!
