The CETPM is simply SUPER! A great team of very experienced trainers and the rest of the support is PERFECT! The only thing I didn't like so much was the short time for the project work. Nevertheless, it was a very valuable experience that I can only recommend.

The course was very well structured, which I really enjoyed. The duration of 2 days was short in my opinion, I am a person who would also like to go into depth. So unfortunately I always had the feeling that with so much input I didn't know exactly how to remember it all or how to realize it with my character. What might have helped me would have been a scenario that I get at the beginning of the course and should improve this through 5-S. You could build up the course in such a way that you do theory and then give the participants a few minutes to transfer the newly learned knowledge directly to their individual scenario and thus give them an idea of how to improve their scenario at the end of the course. However, over time this becomes very crisp over 2 days. :D
All in all, I am very satisfied and would be happy to visit you again!

I can only recommend the seminar. The content of the days was perfectly organized and the group workshops were very varied. The trainer was able to give the right food for thought by asking specific questions.

The LPM course combines theory with practical experimentation in the training workshop, which is a particularly good way of reinforcing and consolidating the knowledge acquired. The different trainers contribute their practical experience and show different perspectives on the topic. The lean method is not only imparted to the participants during the course, but also beyond. The organization of the whole surrounding area is also lean. A thoroughly positive experience. Thank you very much!

For me, the training to become a Lean Production Master was a thoroughly positive experience. The framework conditions were to my complete satisfaction. The CETPM team does a great job. I think I speak for myself and all the participants when I say that I immediately felt comfortable and at home. So I look back with one eye crying and one eye laughing, because I had a really good time at CETPM - so many thanks to the whole team.

Mr. Grombach offers a quick and effective introduction to SMED, even without prior knowledge. Even an apparently already good armor could be reduced by 50% of the time. That was fantastic to work on.

All trainers have a lot of practical experience and also slightly different perspectives.
Not everything is the same. And it is the same in everyday life. Everyone has to find the best way for themselves to reach the "North Star".
