Durch meine regelmäßige Teilnahme an Christels Workshops und Seminaren habe ich mein Selbstbild positiv gestärkt. In meinen Alltag sind wieder mehr Ruhe und Freude eingekehrt.
Christel nimmt einen an der Hand und hat ein offenes Ohr für Probleme. Sie gibt eigene Erfahrungen und Tipps weiter. Mit geführten Achtsamkeitsübungen hilft sie, emotionale Blockaden sanft zu lösen. Auch für den Alltag hat sie mir hilfreiche Tools mit nach Haus gegeben, um in bestimmten Situationen ruhiger und ausgeglichener zu sein!

Christels Scheune ist eine Adresse, wo man sich menschlich verstanden fühlt. Christel hat diese tiefe Wärme, nach der man sich im Leben sehnt. Mit ihr lernt man die Probleme aus einer neuen Perspektive zu sehen und aus einem Teufelskreis mit den wertvollen Vorschlägen schnell raus zu kommen.
