Christian has helped me a lot with his coaching. The weekly conversations with him were very enriching for me, because he responded very well to me and was able to give me many new impulses.

By chance (or not) I became aware of Christian and his new activity as a heart coach. We know each other since a joint project that was already a long time ago and we were no longer in contact over all these years. And after the first conversation it was immediately clear to me that I wanted to start Life Performance Mentoring with him. The WINNER weeks were intense, exciting and challenging. They were thoroughly worthwhile for me and from week to week I gained more clarity and self-confidence. Christian gently and purposefully held up the mirror to me with his extensive knowledge and life experience and was always respectful and motivating. With all the good input, it is up to me to continue to implement this and be a WINNER for my life myself. I can recommend this to anyone who is ready to make a lasting change in their life and is open to take the step now.

Christian and I know each other from our project management days. I was in a situation where I had to make certain decisions in my life and I realized that my head was too strong and my heart was too weak. After a short consultation I decided to join the WINNER program.
Today was my last session of the program. My vocation has finally taken shape, the perspectives in my life are now tangible for me. New and fascinating for me was especially the topic of high sensitivity - that will probably accompany me in the future. My conclusion: 8 intensive weeks that definitely brought me forward! I can only recommend everyone to invest in themselves. It pays off several times over! Just now I look back on the collaboration with Christian Rupp. My girlfriend also did the WINNER program with Christian. Her quick positive change convinced me to go my way with him. Clear announcement, the time to start is never wrong. Yes, I should have done this coaching 10 years earlier. I wanted to change my circumstances in my life first. I can now take so much from the coaching that I can confidently move on, because I now know myself much better, feel strengthened and have much more self-confidence. Before starting my coaching with Christian, I was a working mum of two under 6 years old juggling in between being a super mum and a new job with new responsibilities and on top of this, I decided to build my own company.
