I have known for a few years that I am highly sensitive, but in recent months there has been one person in my immediate environment who has triggered me so much that I have repeatedly disqualified myself in situations due to my emotions and the lack of tools to deal with them. Fortunately, I got to know Christian through "Peak Prevention" and sought help. One of the things that appealed to me was that Christian is also highly sensitive.
The Rebel Point method, getting to know myself as I am meant to be, freed me from my own wrong thinking about myself.
Formulating my own calling, which I was already living unconsciously, was also beneficial.
A conversation was very helpful, albeit a painful conversation and process. Christian supported me here and virtually accompanied the "birth".
Christian's qualifications, knowledge and education of the heart are great and highly recommended - actually for anyone who wants to get ahead in life.

We are convinced of the Winner program as well as the Couple module. Mr. Rupp has very good specialist knowledge and knows how to accompany people on their way to their vocation (here: after heart transplantation in 2023) in a goal-oriented, authentic and appreciative manner. Before mentoring, I found myself in a very emotionally challenging situation and was looking for ways and support to help me get back on my feet, look ahead and ultimately come out of the situation stronger. I explored various offers and held discussions and came across the Christian Rupp website.
Right from the first conversation, I liked his empathetic and appreciative manner, the professional and well-founded structure of his program and the rather scientific and less esoteric approach. At the end of the day, I certainly found myself in many parts of his personal life story.
The mentoring helped me to question, recognize and focus on MY needs in the first place. The coaching also helped me a lot to find a better emotional way of dealing with my current situation and to stick to my values! I experienced the mentoring as very positive at all times and was able to take away positive impulses for myself every week.

I have completed the Life-Performance Winner program (basic) incl. HSP module with Christian and would like to share here what a mega leap it has brought me. :) I have found a whole new way of dealing with my belief system of having to take responsibility for everything! The mindshift I have longed for for so long is now taking place in me. Of course, it only works if you put into practice what you have learned, practice, keep at it. It helps me to overcome my fears. Everything becomes clearer and easier, I rediscover my power and strength! I have more focus again for what is really important to me by planning specifically and setting boundaries. With the help of biofeedback I can deal with external expectations better and better and stay with what I need. I have found my way back to self-care and self-determination, which gives me a whole new confidence. With the help of the HSP exercises, I have developed new strategies for solving challenges. You hear everywhere that you should separate yourself. But it is all the components of the program, which build on each other and interlock, that make the program so effective. I needed the targeted repetitions. They brought me to a new level of development. They became supporting elements. Week after week I consolidate my new, positive orientation. The whole structure in combination with the HSP module brought me the breakthrough. THANK YOU, dear Christian! I hope to start the Superior Program soon!

The HSP (high sensitivity) module is very good. The consultative approach and his tips have helped me a lot in everyday life. Christian always mirrored and corrected me when I fell into old thinking patterns. i could implement everything immediately and the effect was sensational. I learned to deal with my resources and to get my migraines, which had plagued me for 40 years, under control after the first 4 sessions. This means a whole new quality of life for me. Today I have been without migraines and without medication for 2 months.

Christian has helped me a lot with his coaching. The weekly conversations with him were very enriching for me, because he responded very well to me and was able to give me many new impulses.
Through his emphatic coaching we were able to develop a perspective for me and I now feel empowered "to bring my horsepower on the road", as he would say.

They were thoroughly worthwhile for me and from week to week I gained more clarity and self-confidence. Christian and I know each other from our project management days. I was in a situation where I had to make certain decisions in my life and I realized that my head was too strong and my heart was too weak. After a short consultation I decided to join the WINNER program.
Today was my last session of the program. My vocation has finally taken shape, the perspectives in my life are now tangible for me. Just now I look back on the collaboration with Christian Rupp. My girlfriend also did the WINNER program with Christian. Her quick positive change convinced me to go my way with him. Clear announcement, the time to start is never wrong. Yes, I should have done this coaching 10 years earlier. I wanted to change my circumstances in my life first. I can now take so much from the coaching that I can confidently move on, because I now know myself much better, feel strengthened and have much more self-confidence. Before starting my coaching with Christian, I was a working mum of two under 6 years old juggling in between being a super mum and a new job with new responsibilities and on top of this, I decided to build my own company.
