The advice on my employment contracts was very good and far exceeded my expectations. We were able to optimize many important points from the employer's point of view and formulate an ideal contract for both employee and employer. The contracts were also drawn up very individually and all questions were answered comprehensively. I can recommend Christina Linke with a clear conscience as a competent contact person and lawyer for employment law.

I have been working with Christina and her team on employment law matters for more than two years now. Christina and Justine have not only drafted the employment contracts for my companies, but they also support us in any situation, no matter how difficult. For example, in 2020 Christina confidently navigated us out of a tricky employment law case. We had decided to close our own production and have our products manufactured by a subcontractor. We had to lay off all of our production employees in the process. One employee refused to accept our offer of compensatory time off and hired a lawyer to take action against us. Thanks to Christina, the case was resolved out of court to our advantage.
