We had a telephone training course in our office. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend this training myself. All colleagues were trained on a Saturday. It was amazing that after the weekend a "jolt" seemed to have gone through our office. It was really noticeable how motivated our colleagues were on the phone. Friendly, open, helpful. It seems as if the self-confidence of all colleagues was boosted. This behavior also carries over to their personal dealings with clients. For this reason alone, I was very excited about the training course, which I had about two months later. I can really only recommend this training. Even after more than 30 years of professional activity, I was able to get to know perspectives and approaches to solutions in a personal conversation with Ms. Biswenger and during the telephone training that I might not have thought of before.
